Babies are the most effecttive women magnets around. We took Abigail out to
Target last week and as I was carrying her in the carseat while mom was
checking out clothes, I must’ve had 7-8 different ladies (of all ages
too) say hi and made cute sounds/comments at the baby.
Unbelievable. For all you single men out there who can’t find
the perfect woman, borrow someone’s cute baby and then go out in
public. I guarantee you won’t have problems ‘meeting’ women
then.Today while Kate and I took Abigail to see her doctor, the
hispanic-american nurse made a comment that the baby had “chinky eyes”
like her parents. I was too stunned/surprised to say
anything. Although I’m sure she didn’t mean to make a racial
slur, (and I don’t think Kate caught/understood what she said) it still
made me uncomfortable and a little offended. when was the last
time you had a racial slur directed at you? what went through
your mind after you heard it?Edit: Per popular request, I’ve decided to charge 10 bucks an
hour (for 2 hours max) to rent out Abigail. Of course, money back
guarantee if you don’t find a nice lady in those 2 hours. Who’s
up for it? -
