To all future breastfeeding moms who don’t want their babies to pass
tons of gas and suffer from continuous hiccups, here’s a list of items
to avoid in your future diet:Green leafy vegetables (brocooli, spinach, cabbage, asparagus)
Beans
Peas
Lentils
Peanut butter
Sugar
Spices
Some food additives
Chocolate
Caffeine (coffee, tea, cola drinks)Abigail now weighs 8.12 lbs. She’s growing FAAAAAAST!! must be because she feeds like her mom! here are a few more pics.

hey so you know nathan dickerson from trinity? he’s on staff for IVCF at NC state now, i heard you used to go to Davidson? yeah i go to UNCW now and i heard that you went to rockbridge every summer and stuff, that’s what i’m doing now too, so funny. i actually went on a global project to mongolia 2 summers ago led by the staff at davidson. what a small world, anyways, take care!
