  • Has anyone ever had a one month long food craving for a specific
dish?  Kate has been bugging me since mid December to take her to
some Korean buffet for all you can eat Kaibi and bulgogi.  Well
tonight I finally made her wish come true.

Chowon Buffet.  Mmm, I can still taste the bulgogi and short ribs
from my own burps.  Very tasty.  If you’ve never been to
Chowon Buffet near Super H, you gotta go (ahem, Leo).  The service
there is excellent where they keep coming around to help you cook and
cut your meat on the table.  The sushi bar is decent and the soup
they have is quite good.  I had some Miso and it was probably the
best Miso i’ve ever had in my life!  Richer and tastier than any
Miso I’ve had in Japan or Asia.  And the selection of sweet stuff
was pretty good especially the cinnamon soup.

Oh, and the meat.  Regular beef strips, tender strips, short ribs,
bacon, spicy pork, tender pork, squid, shrimp, spicy/sauteed
chicken…  Kate and I finished 4 huge plates of meat!  We
were so stuffed that it was hard for us to get up and leave.  And
I’ve never had such quick and strong food coma before!!  The
moment I got on 85S I started to feel it.  Next thing I know I’m
home and crashed for about 2 hours.  That was some meal…
    Jonathan, you’re missing out!!!
